香港航空業
根據香港民航處發出的香港航空資訊 (Aeronautical Information Publication)(AIP)，香港現有兩個機場(Aerodrome1)
1. 大嶼山赤鱲角的香港國際機場 (ICAO2編碼為VHHH)
2. 新界元朗的石崗機場 (ICAO編碼為VHSK)
管轄的機構分別為香港機場管理局和中國人民解放軍。香港國際機場於1998年正式啟用，香港國際機場全日24小時運作，香港國際機場有南、北兩條跑道，均長3 800米，闊60米
香港民航處負責提供航空交通管制服務、為在香港註冊的飛機簽發證書、監管航空公司履行雙邊民用航空運輸協定，以及管制在本港的一般民航活動。
香港機場管理局（機管局）根據民航處發出的機場牌照，管理和營運香港國際機場。

there are two fundamental principles of Decision Making :
Perception
-become aware
-observe
-detect
-understand the situation
Ability to distinuish between correct and incorrect solutions
Able to distinuish
-recognize
-see clearly
-understand distinctions correct or incorrect alternatives to a solution
Judgment
Judgment is a cognitive progress which a decision is made.
Good decision
-knowledge
-keen preception
-ability to recognize an appropriate course of action
Never assume that every positive outcome is the result of an appropriate decision.
Good judgment and decision making in practice

Developing accurate preception requires four essential skills
A vigulant sense of awareness
Observation
Detection
Understanding
